In the past month we have observed a growing number
of potential inherent bugs in the Windows Media Player 11
application which is the most current version of Microsoft's
industry leading product.
Some form of Windows Media Player is on virtually
every PC on the planet. This application is required
for your customers or users to consume content managed
by KEYOS.
At this time we are making the firm recommendation to
all of our customers that you "recommend" the
Windows Media Player 10 application to your users not
using Windows Vista until further notice.

We recommend you print this URL wherever appropriate on your website.
For Vista users, they must use the Vista version of WMP11 which
is referred to as "Windows Media Player for Windows Vista."
We have also observed some abnormal behavior of WMP11 on
Vista which we are investigating further and will update you when appropriate
regarding this issue.
